General Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Entrants must be legal residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of Blaired, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

  • Registered Blaired members are automatically entered into every giveaway hosted by Blaired unless stated otherwise.

  • To enter non-automatic giveaways, participants must follow the specific instructions outlined in the giveaway announcement.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified.

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

4. Giveaway Period

  • Each giveaway will be open for a specified period of dates, which will be noted the giveaway announcement or the accompanying Ts & C’s associated with each giveaway, with the exception of giveaways that will remain open until a certain number of entries have been received.

  • Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

  • The prize(s) for each giveaway will be detailed in the announcement or the accompanying Ts & C’s associated with each giveaway.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

  • Blaired reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • Winners will be notified via email or direct message on the platform used for the giveaway within 7 days of the giveaway closing date.

  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, Blaired reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery

  • Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s provided address within 30 days of winner confirmation.

  • Blaired is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur during the delivery of the prize.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, participants consent to Blaired using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with Blaired's Privacy Policy and for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

  • Blaired will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or with the participant's consent.

10. General Conditions

  • Blaired reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway for any reason, should circumstances negatively impact the integrity of the giveaway in any way.

  • Blaired's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

11. Liability

  • Blaired is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blaired, its affiliates, and agencies from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

The above terms and conditions are also subject to change when deemed necessary by Blaired.
